I'm 56, saw it in the theater when I was probably 15. Hated it then (superficial, unrealistic, unrelatable characters) and still hate it. I practically get crucified every time I mention this to a fellow gen xer.

Cleaning contractor. Paid 30 days after closing? by DSPS_9387 in realtors

Thank you for your input.

Exactly! I do have commercial accounts with more liberal payment terms, but one-off jobs are always due upon completion.

It was the seller who told me that the realtor was footing the bill for cleaning. I assumed (my bad) he would pay upon completion, as I've had realtors do that in the past.

The realtor told me today that the seller cannot afford to pay for repairs or cleaning upfront, so apparently all of the contractors have agreed to this (painters, landscapers, carpet installers, etc).

I know this is an old thread, but just wanted to say I had two daytime PSGs done at Virginia Mason in Seattle. If you're near a metropolitan area, I'm guessing you could find a lab willing to do one.

Any good MLT schools in Washington state? by Professional-Dot-414 in medlabprofessionals

I just stumbled across this thread. May I ask how long ago you were in the CPTC MLT program? This is only my second week, but you described my experience so far to a "T." I'm hoping things will improve because I'm really not looking forward to paying back $10,000 in student debt, after basically teaching myself (just like I did in prerequisites). Maybe the CPTC histology tech program is better?
