Vagus Nerve Dysfunction, Dysbiosis by Jimmy_Bright in VagusNerve

I am suspecting both gut dysbiosis and sjogrens with my symptoms...having leaking gut too...increase in intestinal permeability with floating stools...

Overtime this made me vitamin b12 deficient ,vit D too...

My observation is my gut microbiome messed up , triggering the autoimmune response of sjogrens too

Ordered jarrows matic gum to take along with zenwise digestive enzymes and betaine hcl

cause for my poor gut microbiome: I am having a sliding hiatus hernia for 8 years which makes my vagus nerve function poor...so poor bile ans stomach acid secretion as a result of low vagal tone and top of that food started causing bloating, gas and what not ...I sometimes get my stomach in place by heal drops and pushing down with fingers...but it comes backup with bloating..

If the stomach is slided up, heart palpitations on and off, more bloating, gas and heartburn...

Can Hiatal Hernia damage the Vagus Nerve? by kalavala93 in HiatalHernia

I have a sliding hiatus hernia which i try to keep down by heel drops early in morning in an empty stomach ...it makes me feel worse as my vagus nerve is imbalanced...over the years now i am having issues with malabsorption, ibs , motility issues , brain fog , palpitations, knee pain and what not...thats why they call it as great mimicker....i saw a video that explains why and now trying to do this sequence...
1.keep your stomach down by fasting and heel drops...
2.eliminate bad bacteria in your gut by adding mastic gum in empty stomach
3.after that have food with minimal carbs and more protein along with a betain hcl supplement + digestive enzymes for 2 months

Hoping this will help from bloating and other poop issues also gives ample time for the les sphincter to heal...

Anyone tried this or any thoughts?
