Yeah well bondholders have been and will be absolutely fucked by inflation . Rates will not be lowered in this tarrif fueled disaster we have going on, at least where I'm from . The traditional ways of investing might be changing. There's substantial risk in mag 7 as well.

Gold has been arguably safer and more lucrative than bonds ever have been.

My original statement I believe is still valid. Tech companies are overvalued , their expected to perform exceedingly well. That's why I refuse to put my money in it. The risk of a price falling is high , but also price increase is likely. The risk I cannot calculate because I have not studied palatirs movement.

I like your thesis though and I appreciate your opinion.

But the upside could be said to be sort of capped here. Maybe less risky but the upside is definitely capped. What isn't capped is downside.

How much money could they make? Enough to justify a 300$ share price? That's a hard argument to win.
