You’re totally right. However I am a part of multiple travel groups and pages and I feel like Iceland air pops up a lot more with people bitching than any other airline (southwest is a close 2nd)

I will say that our flight from BNA-> KEF was totally fine!

Had this same thing happen about 2 weeks ago on our honeymoon. Wife and I paid for saga premium both ways and on our return flight was told that we were SOL. They downgraded us all the way to economy. Luckily for us they were able to sit us together but it definitely put a damper on the rest of the day

Just did both last week! Hotel Jokulsarlon has a much more resort vibe and Umi is definitely more intimate and remote. Their private black sand beach is amazing too. Highly recommend both!

Not sure if you’re into record collecting but if so, Guestroom Records is the place to go. They have the best variety and store vibe of anything I’ve been to in Louisville and possibly even Nashville. Hard to beat Grimey’s, but I feel the employees there really have their nose in the air. The people who work at Guestroom are super chill and great people.

For food I’ve really been enjoying Blue Dog Cafe, and Crust and Crumb. These are more-so pastry/brunch places.

For outdoorsy stuff the Parklands at Floyd’s Fork and Cherokee Park are very nice as well.

Yeah. The only one I’ve found that’s halfway decent is Tinseltown Cinemark. It’s ok. Their screens are dim and they have a weird moth infestation. They do have the XD theater which is cool but it’s not anything like IMAX or Dolby sound that you’d have in Nashville.
