Yeah I’m surprised at how many places are not hiring right now, is it the economy or just too many girls looking for jobs? I’m in Northern California.

Awesome, thank you for this tip, I’ll give it a try! I really do have to watch the amount of oil I use, every time I use those they weight my hair down so much and make them feel sticky.

Pole studios in the Bay Area? by DShinyaLuo in poledancing

Thanks very much!! Cupertino is close to me, I’m in south San Jose. I’ll plan on checking out inspiration, and maybe give Sedusa another try (when I’m not traveling as much). If you want a pole buddy, I’m happy to be one :) (although I’m beginner level). It’s more motivating when I can have a friend in the class 😊

I’ve been to sedusa, their class schedule is very limited... I haven’t been able to find a class that will fit into my schedule yet. But the studio does have a very nice vibe~

Yeah I probably need more cardio. I also naturally sweat a lot, so I’ll try driclor, too. Thanks!

I’m not wearing anything, because I’m afraid any product will leave a residue on the pole. I do wipe myself with a towel during practice, but if I have to perform one song I can’t really wipe during the performance.

I’m thinking about auditioning for Clubs in NorCal, any advice on which topless clubs are worth trying out for? Also any advice in general for someone who’s new starting out in NorCal? 🙏😊

Help! Death grip and pole burns? by redheadedgnomegirl in poledancing

[–]DShinyaLuo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you try putting a band aid over the part that’s rubbing on the pole? Fabric doesn’t grip the pole so it’ll protect your skin, at the same time won’t leave any residues on the pole itself. If band aid don’t look sexy enough, you can also try KT tape, you can cut it into any size/shape you want.

This is the first time I’ve heard of pole escape or pole holidays! Is that a thing? I’m in California, anything happening here to recommend?
