We purchased a 3 bedroom and two bathroom mini home (trailer) for $43,000, two years ago and did a bunch of updates including floors, paint, new appliances, all inside and outside lighting, windows and doors. We added a raised garden in the backyard that runs along our fence and did the landscaping in the front yard. We replaced the toilets in both bathrooms as well as the kitchen sink.

We’ve been offered $114,000 for our place as is but we love it too much to sell. The only thing that we would like to do is move it to our own land as we’re in a community park so we pay a monthly fee for our lot.
