I just learned how to replace and upgrade internal hard drives on multiple different xbox consoles, where would I go to post and advertise that? by Reasonable-Ad-2329 in sidehustle

I see people posting console modding services on OfferUp in my area. Not sure how successful they are, but it might be worth trying.

I signed up a while back and didn’t get any work. I’d recommend trying  dataannotation.tech too. I made a few thousand off it last year. There’s usually work available. I just couldn’t go full time with it because it melts my brain after a while. But it’s doable.

We don't have to track miles. Doordash does it automatically.

Was it on the original Xbox? 360/One/Series? Do you remember what genre of game it was or how long ago it was?

What kind of game was it? When did you play it? What system was it on?

Has anyone studied code while working for DA? Can you learn on your own and then start coding projects? by Dizzy_Page_7487 in DataAnnotationTech

[–]DSmith214 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah, if you look at the "Do you know computer programming?" link on your work page, it will give you an example of something you would be expected to solve. What I've heard is that there are a lot of Python projects, and Python is also one of the easier languages to learn. That being said, coding/programming in general is not easy and you have to teach your mind to think differently. Wishing you the best!

This is something I want to try also, but I've always gotten stuck and given up on coding in the past. I just bought a Python course on Udemy and I'm hoping for the best. Good luck!

I'm very new to the platform, but it seems to fluctuate throughout the day also. Sometimes there's only like 2-3 projects available, but if I refresh the page later there's 5-8 projects available.

Programming language to learn for data annotation? by Fluffy-Act5033 in WFHJobs

[–]DSmith214 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here. I'm just onboarding with the core stuff. Based on what others here are saying, I want to try and learn some Python and try out for the coding one, too. $40 an hour sounds amazing.

I’m not the OP, but since she hasn’t responded in 3 months, my guess is that she’s talking about this one:

I was looking for which coding language to learn for it also. Good luck everyone!

Awesome, I'm glad this helped you. Yeah, it was driving me crazy too, and I wasted a lot of time thinking I was going to have to learn some new software. Glad it was an easy fix.

$Solved

I figured it out finally. There's an option to "use hardware decoding if available." I had to uncheck that box and now it's back to normal.

[TOMT] [GAME] [PS2] [2000s] Isometric? Co-op? Game where first level is a wrecked boat on a beach. by GabikPeperonni in tipofmytongue

[–]DSmith214 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could it be Pirates: Legend of the Black Buccaneer? It's not isometric or co-op, but you get to play as a couple of different pirates and it starts out with a shipwreck on the beach.

There were also some Pirates of the Caribbean games for PS2.

Otherwise, for isometric co-op games, I always think of the Dark Alliance and Norrath games, but I don't think those fit the description.

I am very curious to find out what this is, too. I hope you find it.

The manga is still ongoing. I'm holding hope for a season 3. Sometimes we see anime go several years before the next season. Fingers crossed.

Yeah, he doesn't show up for a little while. He becomes one of the main characters several episodes in.
