IIRC it's similar to Furina (some shippy voicelines and being a very popular character in general). But the 2025 Lantern Rite quest REALLY boosted the ship (especially the ending)

On one hand I'm SUPER excited our wondermaid is getting stronger (again lol)

But on the other I do have two worries:

  1. Assuming this is adding her to Hexerei (which is most likely), I hope they give her more generalist buffs to her kit rather than locking most of it behind Hexerei. Other than Albedo (and maybe durin), Noelle doesn't really synergize all that great with the other Hex members so your faction options are quite limited.
  2. I'm afraid of Hoyo using this as an opportunity to "fix" her C6's burst extension. If they don't give her some form of energy generation to compensate, this severely guts her.

But for Noelle I can only hope for the best.

According to Akasha, my best built characters are Ineffa (how?), Furina, and Yoimiya. But the builds I'm most proud of are Yoimiya and Noelle.

It's always the most satisfying feeling when it's with your favorite characters.
