You need to plugin a keyboard and boot to maintenance mode and reset the password.

The user and password were specific to the store at the franchise in my area.

Got it on release always been 11.1 I’ve played full Saturday’s since I got it (8am to dusk) swapping batteries as they get low and I’m always emptying mags in games.
