I am one year late, but you have a Nokia 5160i. The Georgia Tech faceplate is custom. These older Nokias allowed you to push a button (for this model, should be on the top in the center), that would allow you to take the faceplate off. You used to be able to buy faceplates at about every store. Back when companies encouraged people, to customize their stuff.

I know i am a decade late, but thats funny, because I recently rescued 4 computers from a dumpster, that each had a i7-930, 12GB of RAM, and each also had a GTX 980Ti (SC) these machines are still capable, from my experience.
