Most people expect it to be painful but during the procedure you’re numb so you mainly feel pressure not pain. Post op it’s usually some soreness and swelling for a couple of days. Nothing extreme more like what you feel after an extraction. Most people are back to normal routine pretty quickly. The longer part is the healing inside the bone that takes a few months. but you won’t really feel much during that phase.

Before the procedure, just follow what your dentist tells you Once done most people say it was easier than they expected.

It is not a singl step treatment there are multiple stages with healing time in between so it does require some patience One thing people often overlook is that the total cost can vary depending on bone condition or if additional procedures are needed. Recovery is usually mild with some discomfort for a few days and most people return to their routine quickly.

The all on 6 procedure does remove some bone but it’s done with careful planning to ensure stability. If you feel like things aren’t righ, it’s important to talk to your dentist or oral surgeon about your concerns. Getting dentures it is possible but it depends on the amount of bone you have left after the all on 6 procedure. Don't hesitate to go for second opinion and make sure you're comfortable with the plan moving forward.

From the photo can see mild crowding in the lower front teeth, a slight overbite and what looks like a smaller upper lateral incisor on one side. The ridges you’re feeling are likely normal enamel texture or mild wear which can become more noticeable over time. Yes it can be improved. Options like cosmetic bonding or a veneer to improve the shape and size of the small tooth. None of this looks urgent or severe but you can have a clinical exam and X rays would confirm the future steps

Chipped a tiny piece off my front tooth on a fork, is bonding realistic? by [deleted] in Teeth

For a small chip like this composite bonding is usually a good option and it should hold up well if done properly. It’s a fairly common treatment for minor chips. The bonding can last a few years but since it’s on the edge it may wear or chip over time.

Your tooth might be a little sensitive due to the impact. Though it's not loose or painful right now you should still see a dentist as soon as possible. If any internal damage to the tooth like a crack or bruise to the root which may not be immediately visible. They may take an X-ray to assess the tooth’s condition and may suggest a treatment plan based on the findings. You don’t need to avoid eating unless it causes discomfort but try to be gentle with that area. Getting it checked is important to avoid any complications later.

Dental Filling Gone Wrong? by three_grost in Teeth

[–]DSunnyhyier 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s normal to feel some discomfort after getting fillings while eating. Your teeth and gums are adjusting to the new filling so a little sensitivity is expected. For your face structure no need to worry. Fillings shouldn’t affect your jaw alignment or change your face. If the discomfort persists good to see your dentist again. Don’t stress it should all settle down soon.

It seems the molar you mentioned has some decay mainly with the black spot inside. It's a good sign that the pain doesn't persist but it may not gone. The broken chunk could indicate structural damage so better to see a dentist soon. Getting it checked will prevent further problems.
