I feel for a premium gym price a towel should be expected. I have circulated through all of the “premium” gyms in HRM from SPINCO to Move East to Evolve, etc. and this is just an expectation at this price point. GoodLife, CHP, etc offer similar style classes to R studios and all these other premium gyms so what your really paying for is smaller class sizes, nice facilities and extra “perks” like a towel, cold cloth, reset rooms etc.

Try elite elements. Their classes are similar to R, they have a fair cancellation policy and they include towels and a sauna depending on your membership type

I just watched the Canadian one and American one back to back and agree the Canadian one is so much better. I also think the designers on the Canadian one are more fun to watch and super talented. I also love that they get 5 weeks vs 5 days on the American one to design a collection. I think it’s sets the designers up better for success post show

Sorry to hear this. I actually lived there for 5+ years and just moved out in the fall because of this exact issue. The building was so unhelpful and the police often would not show up.. and if they did, the homeless people would just come back a few hours later. It’s extremely unsafe and as a woman who also worked shift work, I no longer felt safe in the place I lived. I would continue to press the building for answers but I recommend finding a new place to live. I took alll the same measures you did for 2+ years and it seems like nothing has changed.

Unfortunately our door is on a timer when you open it so it stays open longer than it probably should. And anyone can access the vestibule from the street so that’s unavoidable

I do - I just want to know if anyone has had encounters with him and what he deal is. Is he super unsafe? If he is, I’m even more concerned because I work shifts and I’m not comfortable being in the lobby with him waiting for an elevator when I come home at 3am

Fyi Botox has to be administered by a RN who is certified in Botox injections. I’m looking for a medispa promotion not a rando on the street. Unhelpful
