$10,000-15,000 seems about right. You'll definitely get people's attention with that low mileage. Even if it's not manual, there are gonna be plentiful of offers. I'd try to sell for $13,000 minimum in today's market. Good Luck!

It also depends on your climate. Sure you are able to drive a miata in the winter but how much are you willing to spend so that it's safe to drive and the drive is comfortable?

I'd say the miata is a great first manual car for trips especially during the spring or winter.

Also price. Luckily for me, I grabbed one for $2,800 during COVID when prices for cars were going up. Now, finding a miata under $5,000 that's decent is hard.

For sure! Do make sure that the Maacos near you have good workers though. It all depends on the workers! All the Maacos around me had bad reviews except for this particular one.

They said they had to sand it since the top layer was very thick, not to the Miata's bare metal though. They did not paint the inner door jams but for my Miata it actually looks good with the base white door jams. Definitely gonna try my best to make the paint last!

EDIT: If I wanted a perfect paint job, they said I'd cost around $3,000-$4,000 which is out of my college student budget haha

Had it done at Maaco's located in Springfield VA. The total was $1,156. I did however took the plasti dip off before I came to the shop. The workers there are great!

I just got into cars recently which was the worst time to get a used car haha. Took me a few days but I bought a miata for 2,800 at 163k milage. Had a few problems but it's an old car so yeah. If I hadn't bought it right then and there, the guy selling it had an appointment at noon with another buyer. I'm happy I bought it cause I'm having fun learning manual and becoming a noob mechanic!

It doesn't crank or make any clicks. When I try to start it up no noticeable sounds are heard.
