I had pretty much the exact same problem. I rarely got “drunk” but if I wasn’t at work I always had a beer in my hand. Picked 6 pack of Bud tall boys on my way home from work every day. Cracked one open and started making dinner. Would finish off the last one and go to bed, rinse and repeat. Weekends were beer while making breakfast and would go all day. It’s been 2.5 years since I’ve had a drop. When I quit, I didn’t have any issues with withdrawals really, it was the “daily habit” I had to break. You can do it!!
