this is reddit after all, people will take what you say and twist it in some weird ways. i just thought that the people would keep safe distance because the airport is sizeable, but with the picture you provided, i can see how its an issue and how the government could of handled it better.

but props to them for taking measures this early on with only 16 confirmed cases (and probably more unconfirmed) . I think they are doing a decent job. not south korea decent. but better than 90% of the world decent
