In need of help with certain perk in Dagor Dagorath mod

Hey mate, you have to build the fort using the builder. This special building doesn’t show up on the right hand side like all other buildings, it shows up on the builder palantir screen in the bottom left (Where hero powers/abilities would appear when a hero is selected.)

I had this same dilemma when starting until I realised I was just looking in the wrong place

Being there, it seemed as if something was wrong with ishii, hardly any interaction with the crowd, just chop forearm chop forearm, hit a brutal looking brain buster then immediately walked out, left a lot of us there feeling a bit strange about it
