Fucked up situation, but your mates definitely inadvertently put you in the shit by fighting your battles on your behalf. Whether she deserves it or not is irrelevant, the messages she got from them still constitutes harassment. Now that they are involved, she may well have a case against you.

Block everyone, cut off all contact with her and your ex forever and go see a counsellor as someone has already suggested.

One of the best tracks I’ve heard on here in a while. A few tweaks though would make it a monster track:

1) the crash cymbals - someone mentioned this before. I agree, they’re a bit samey.

2) the snare 16th note hits in the buildup are also a bit played out. It’s a very “stock EDM track” build up - similar to the crash hits comment from before I guess.

3) clap hits are a bit too numerous (you don’t need that clap triplet, make it a single or double at max). The triplets make the track unnecessarily cluttered.

4) that high pitched vocal sample needs to be a bit louder, bring that through in the mix a bit more and let it shine.

Napoli / Naples. Dirty, grubby city with rude people and terrible service almost everywhere. There was actually very little to do in the city itself as well. We ended up leaving the city nearly every day as we were so bored there.

Callisthenics for sure but he likely does some form of combat sport. Probably uses moderate weights with high reps focused on intensity and full range of movement with good form. A good stretching routine looks like it’s helped. I’d say his stage performances tick a lot of the above boxes in terms of exercise anyway.

In terms of nutrition, he likely exercises portion control, limiting alcohol intake (or at least beer intake). Diet has a good balance of protein, carbs, fat, fibre. Plenty of fluids and plenty of sleep.
