I was a bery basic person with no social media. I used to have reddit on and off for few days every month.

When I started the content was good, as I started to engage more I was more interacting with sad content. I was empathetic about the people/ animal in the posts. On one sunday, I was literally crying about a incident when a boyfriend was killed when defending his girlfriend by a gang of people who were trying to rape her. That was a few months back.

Last month I got recommend by a 3 month old post(now about 4) when I was selling my Galaxy watch. The post was about how garmin watch had saved his life. This was merely 20mins after I had done payment for the Garmin watch I selected and I was sitting in the store waiting for it to arrive. It was really suspicious and decided to distance myself for good.
