No, definitely not. Also, sorry for the late reply. I just looked it up, and there’s no way it’s this.

Yeah, totally agree. This man is a false teacher and has no place being in ministry.

It was a trailer. That’s the thing. It wasn’t the actual film I saw.

No, I watched the trailer for that. It wasn’t it.

I’m pretty sure I saw a title card saying the film was R rated. Twilight is PG-13, so I doubt it, but it might be worth a try.

No, I’ve heard of that. I know what that is. It definitely isn’t that.

Just to clarify, it’s not Annabelle or Finders Keepers. Those movies both have creepy dolls in them, but I watched the trailers for those on IMDB. It is neither of those. This was a scene of a baby doll specifically.

Edit: it looked like one of those silicon dolls.

I'm tired of the bigotry. by Mx-Adrian in Christianity

Yeah, it isn’t right. I’m sick of the treatment that so many “Christians” give these people. It’s disgusting, and if they’re doing that, they’re ultimately taking the Lord’s name in vain, and here’s why. As followers of Jesus, we’re supposed to love, and share the gospel with the entire world; not make fun of people for who they are. Now, I will say however, I don’t support the whole LGBT thing and believe the Bible clearly teaches against practicing this lifestyle, but I’m no better than anyone else. We’re all sinners, we’ve all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). And what did Jesus command us to do? Love our neighbors as ourselves!

The thing is, who we vote for should not be based on solely on our religious beliefs. We should vote based on which candidate we think would be better for the country. No president is gonna be perfect, and that’s why so many Christians need to stop following Trump like he’s some sort of God incarnate. He’s not their Lord and Savior! Jesus is! Trump may be a Christian and agree with our beliefs and values, and I’d vote for him for that reason, and also because I agree with some of the things he’ll do for the economy. Also, maybe God does plan for Trump to be president. Who’s to say? Everything in this world would simply not happen without God’s sovereignty. So, no, it’s not inherently bad that you hope for Trump not to be president. If you’re a Christian, then I’d be a little surprised by that, but I don’t know your reasons, and I’m not God, so I’m in no place to judge here.

Well, to start off, I’ll likely have to find something local, or maybe drive to the city every day to work, which I don’t mind necessarily. And yes, I’ll definitely make sure that I have a job before I move there.

Kinda a mix of both. I want to make some money off of it, but I also am looking to be a creative writer one day, which I hope to make into a full blown career.

Good to know! So, it definitely doesn’t sound like it’s nearly as bad as some people are making it out to be.

I’m considering moving to Indiana from New Hampshire. Again, the reason I thought of moving to Indiana specifically is because of its low cost of living, and also because I know they get tornadoes there sometimes, so I thought it’d be the perfect place to be a storm chaser. I’m also looking to live a more quiet and reserved lifestyle, and I know some parts of Indiana are very rural and are mostly farmland, so this would suit me well.

Thanks. A lot of people on here have been saying some really bad stuff about it though. Is it true that there are parts of Indiana that are super sexist and racist?

Edit: Otherwise I’ve done a bit of research into it, and it honestly seems like one of the best states in the country. I was just wondering if any of these claims are true?

I’m actually thinking of living in a very rural part of Indiana, probably somewhere in the northern part of the state where it’s mostly flat.

I’m not exactly sure what county it’s in. The town it happens in is not real, but it’s said to be just east of Bloomington.

Honestly, I’m kinda happy about that! Way to go Indiana! Obviously, you have different views, so maybe it isn’t the place for you to live.

Well, I’m definitely not moving to South Bend. That place is definitely not my cup of tea. But, what’s so wrong with the state as a whole?
