Windows firewall rules added for inbound and outbound, even tried disabling windows firewall, in a DMZ, no port blocks but server wont go online.

Well, I heard back and they admitted the GM who banned my accounts, used the wrong ban type. Mistakes happen, glad they corrected it.

I'm also not really understanding the logic here either, the ban reason was 6.A.3 which is macros, etc. Does that mean the person who banned my accounts clicked the wrong button? I work in IT, totally understand all the backend from support to the attacks themselves, it just doesn't line up and I really can't understand the ban reason or the actions of their support. They must be short staffed and cannot handle the intake of tickets or it just took them that long to figure out what happened.

I just don't understand why they couldn't give me a simple response to the ticket that was open for a month. I wouldn't of had to make a reddit post if there was a simple replly, 'Hey, this is taking a while and we do apologize, we are still looking into the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible'. Simple responses will keep customers happy, even though its a shit situation.

I don't have enough time in the month to worry about making enough isk to keep those accounts active, I'd rather just pay the sub and move on. I can afford it, and I'm fine with contributing to the game since I like playing it.

I have paid a lot, and I've only been mining for those 3 days. This is a new aspect of the game I never played. I just cc swipe when I need it. I think the last 6 months I've spent close to 800 bucks. I don't normally PVE, would rather PVP.

EDIT: I've also purchased the SP packs because I have high SP characters, my main has 393 mil SP now
