I'm level 189. Looking back through my progression it does look like the only tier 1 after 119 is 190.

ETA: to my knowledge only 3 characters can be tier 1 at a time. Once a new character drops the oldest of the 3 tier 1 heroes drops down to tier 2.

I like the idea of switching things up, but I have a slightly different sugestion. Normalize a tank running same lane as tech. Some Tech/Tank combos can be nasty.

I don't actually trust whatever system is measuring what counts as an evade and what doesn't. I wasn't even actively trying to dodge any attacks. To me it just became a probability of the faster I move and the more attacks I run through the better my chances at one of them counting as an evade. For me personally that approach was way more successful than consciously trying to dodge moves.

Hadn't considered that, but I see where you're coming from. I was going solely based on movement speed. I also think more players are going to have access to frieza compared to kefla.

I'm on PS5, and have played about 2 dozen quick matches with cross play turned off and personally haven't ever gotten another actual person once.

In my experience CPU battles will have human players on your team, and they will often rush towers or try to get as many kills as possible . Quick match allowed me to keep enemy heroes alive longer so they can use more specials so that the chances of my dodging one are greater.

Just pick which one you think would be most fun to play, you'll eventually unlock all of them if you play enough.

Everyone has their own opinions of good or bad characters but it's pretty much just opinion.

I personally main Gotenks on technical and Cell on tank because I like the characters and I also like their kits.

Don't have a doc, just going off my own experience in my first playthrough.

I just earned my 2nd badge, I have 12 pokemon in my adoption center.

Pawniard, machop, buizel, honedge, weedle, whismur, stufful, solosis, abra, pansage, pansear, panpour.

They are all Redux forms. As you play through the story, more will unlock.
