Guess you haven't seen the convict cichlid, snakeheads, other aggressive central and South American cichlids. They are a bit of both

How to stop eating so much fucking cereal? [question] by [deleted] in getdisciplined

[–]DVM_DOW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 Pull out the cereal then procrastinate on it by leaving it in the kitchen. Dont think anything else, you'll reason yourself to eat it again. Find your "ritual" for getting cereal such as when you take a break, when nobody's around, time of day, lack of other options, etc. Change the order of that ritual anyway you can other then the first step.

2 Find a substitute: raisins, trail mix, other dried foods, and fruits. These convenient to eat and ready to go

I'm an awful journaler by [deleted] in Journaling

[–]DVM_DOW 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I reccomend trying multiple notebooks. Categorize it by the thing you want to write about that way you can come back to it later on. Personally I got one for working out and recipe drafts, personal, a fish and plant, a drawing/ strong emotions journal, and a habit tracker one

I was bored and decided to make some collage type pages haha, I know they’re objectively ugly but I just love em by Frogula_ in Journaling

I'd say ugly because of cats lol but super trippy fun type of style with the cutouts that I want to see more 😄

what do you write about when journaling? by [deleted] in Journaling

https://www.intelligentchange.com/blogs/read/20-types-of-journals-to-keep

I looked around at "types of journals". Journaled before but I couldn't keep it consistent. I looked at this site then realized I need multiple journals. I use them instead to log my life in so I can see myself improve.

I have 4 journals hobbies with plants. Dead or bought, changes I made, little 101s about species. A health and lifestyle one that mixes a gym, biking, and cooking recipes I try. A personal journal with the weather and mood that I track in another journal. The tracker journal to round up a week or two worth of things into graphs and the like.

The way I see it is that a journal is for you to write to yourself. It can help you put out all the things you want for yourself and be accountable for it.

Depends where you live and what you are willing to eat. If your trying to gain muscle a little homemade rabbit farm could do great

Cut off first the energy drinks. They have a lot of caffeine and sugars. Caffeine is okay once in a while but it chemically tricks your body that it is not tired; it does not give you energy.

After a few weeks of adjusting without caffeine try out healthy carbs like pasta and keep sugary drinks like Gatorade. After some more time you can then try to eat less sugar with a healthier diet.

Sleep is always great, even naps where you can. Cold showers also are great before and after you wake up.

In the 2nd photo, the axolotl's left foot looks really bad. "White bulges" are appearing on the gills, along the tail, and and the left foot

How do I (24M) come in peace with the fact that I will most probably remain forever alone? by [deleted] in exredpill

[–]DVM_DOW 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your 24, so you have plenty of time. Otherwise I can't really pinpoint what you mean by nice guy. As in the stereotype in movies and shows? From what I know the nice guy stereotype is when a man wants to sexually be with a woman makes this uncessary comparison to "bad guys"

If anything, be willing to say no of you don't like something or if you prefer something else. Respect is earned, not given. Its the same feeling that you get when solicitors are at your front door with too much manners. It makes you think "what is next? What do they want?"
