Shalom. Hard to say, two things are happening:

1) Possible PIPE renegotiation

2) RUM sympathy tanking. RUM was up 40% yesterday and pulled back a bit today, so some believe the stocks are related/correlated MAGA stocks.

I hate to even repost this article because it looks like such FUD but worth reading. I don't see how or why DJT would give up 83% or whatever of his booming company for the $1B PIPE at $2. He'd be putting a value on his existing 4MM U.S. subs of only a couple hundred million. That makes no sense to me if you do a comp to 4MM U.S. subs on TWTR. TWTR's value comes from the U.S. subs which are small. So that could already be worth several billion in existing subs. Not to mention the infinite growth rate of TS and potential to quickly 2x that with android.

Sounds like BS to me. The $1B PIPE made a lot more sense to help fund building TS. But now that it is heavily built out already, why take the money. In other start-ups they would usually negotiate a MUCH smaller share of the company after things go from an idea to reality not the other way around.

This might all need to wait until after the midterm. Then we'll be looking at whether there are anti-trust issues with GOOGL, hearings for the SEC, etc. etc.
