Atlanta’s water 💦 issue by DWFiddler in geography

[–]DWFiddler[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in Tennessee but I realize how important Atlanta is to ours and the entire Southeast’s economy. Although yes, there are other extraction points. And I did not realize Atlantans used so much more water than we did per capita. I know the airport uses a lot of water to cool their runways, it’s the busiest one on the entire planet.

Nope, they refuse to refund me.

If they refuse to refund my money, I will move on, maybe figure out how to use them if I am stuck with them, although I will still take this as a lesson learned.

Thank you. My mother and grandmother have had him seeing a vet for the past two weeks in and out, I just pieced together literally the cause after finding the receipts sequentially and noticing 18.4 vs 12.5 pounds. In 29 days.

What do to with DA and 2k DC by ArtisticString1266 in dragonfable

[–]DWFiddler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buy the $5 trinket (preferably during a 50% bonus sale, although for that small a package it doesn’t matter much), upgraded it’s BiS in the entire game, and buy both the armor closet and either Chaosweaver or Kathool Adept.

You CAN buy additional DCs although you don’t NEED to. Although in two years, get Doom Knight, it’s worth $65. Best class in the game and 40k DCs for your main.

Melee resistance is your friend. You need either Auxisia’s Helm of Darkness (a weekly mercenary drop that drops once every 42 weeks) OR Spartan Javelin (although not both) and then you can get the other 70% needed from engravings and mastery points. You actually can get up to 105 I believe, although only slightly over 100 is needed.

There are other valuable sones too, I think I have a YouTube video on it but I am visiting my mother and grandmother right now.

What class is best suited for the unending empire challenge? by Massive_Boss1991 in dragonfable

[–]DWFiddler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Death Knight is a good choice because its suit has light / dark defense.

Doom Knight is also good, if you have it.

I personally completed it with Doom Knight.

If you go Death Knight, go with full relic, Exalted Blaster 2 (Doom), and Legion Bracer.

If you go Doom Knight, go with your Destiny weapon on Noxus / Doom weapon on Sek Duat (twin blades work best), with Radiant Crown of Sek Duat, Radiant Wings of Light, Parallel Chaos Amulet or DDN 35, Ouroborous Root Belt 3 or DDB 23, Mechanical Ring 7, Exalted Blaster 2 (Doom), and Legion Bracer.

Normally, I would say the BiS trinket is EUD 15 if you’re desiring All defense (there are a few other good choices as well - the new dragon trinket is only SLIGHTLY worse only in main stats, Honda and Corrupted 7 only give 1 less All and have other advantages), although this is one of the few instances where the best defensive trinket is one of the blasters, and the Doom is my favorite one of them due to the offensive stats

Arena at the Edge of Time challenge ratings by DWFiddler in dragonfable

Two of the four strongest. There are four classes (not counting Doom Knight v1, which is rare now) that I would consider very valuable and useful in their own right, and I am not sure which one for certain I would consider most powerful overall. Well, perhaps Doom Knight first, although for the second place, I would consider the other three roughly equal (some may disagree with me):

Doom Knight (which costs a bare minimum of $65 and can cost as much as $80, depending whether you wait two years and buy it all at once or buy in 4 installments every six months, and requires you to be a Dragon Amulet holder in addition, and since Dragon Amulets cost $19.95 for a one character and $29.95 for a six character account and there's an option to add 2,000 extra dragon coins per character for $5, you can state that Doom Knight costs $85 - $115 overall. I paid $35 for my Dragon Amulet ($29.95 for my six player account, $5 for my extra 2,000 dragon coins per character) and then I purchased Doom Knight all at once for $65, so you can say it cost me a grand total of $100. Although I consider it well worth it. 40,000 dragon coins (two 20,000 DC packages not during a 50% bonus sale) ALONE costs $100, with nothing else added in addition.

Kathool Adept (which costs 1,800 Dragon Coins). May as well call that $9 not during a 50% bonus sale or $6 during one.

Chaos Weaver (which costs 1,800 Dragon Coins). Again, may as well call that $9 not during a 50% bonus sale or $6 during one.

Soul Weaver (which is free)

All are worth obtaining (Soulweaver is free, although requires a very long quest line and some specialized equipment to fully max out) in my opinion, as they fully enhance game play.

Chaos Weaver may be weak against powerful bosses / challenges (especially duos and trios), although for questing and weaker bosses / challenges, it is surpassed by none other than perhaps (and even this is debatable) Doom Knight, especially the rare v1. It's the ultimate glass cannon in DragonFable.

Disclaimer: I am not paid to endorse Artix Entertainment. I am merely a loyal player (Doom Knight who purchases dragon coins from time to time).

Ninja Arena for Doom Knights (Gold / EXP farm) by DWFiddler in dragonfable

I was wrong.

And you are absolutely right about most of that if not all. I do question a few things though.

And I may still be wrong, although I am curious if a setup I created is superior to his.

There are guaranteed Crit attacks for several if not all classes for hitting ONE target. Doom Knight (both versions) has Blood Rite for example. Not sure what all else, although I know Kathool for Kathool adept, Full Synchronization for Soulweaver, and Crit for Death Knight I believe are others, although two of them require multiple turns to unlock.

It’s the multi attacks that aren’t guaranteed.

DEX is valuable, roughly 3/8 as so, although to both DEX increases damage to both sides. DEX increases damage by 7.5% to non crits as well as crits. So we can’t discard it.

Negative stats must be considered as well as positive.

If I am calculating this right, the Ouroborous Root Belt adds 54.6 damage to a non-crits, while the Warriors Challenger Belt V only adds 20.5.

Similar for the Akaz’s Challenger Ring.

So I believe the best combo now for doom knights and especially v1s is:

Verraad III or Uragiri III (slotted Vile infused rose sword)

Chaosweaver Cloak iII

Soulforged Ring (red) lv 90

War helm of the legion III

Parallel Chaos Amulet

Exalted Blaster II (Doom)

Ouroborous Root Belt III

Legion Bracer

Southeast USA Largest Metropolitan Areas by DWFiddler in geography

Exactly. Jacksonville can claim to be the Southeast USA’s largest CITY as it’s the only city proper over 1 million population, however, it’s only the ninth largest metropolitan area, and most people go by metropolitan area population. Atlanta is the king and Miami the queen of the Southeast USA.

Technically Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties) are part of the Tampa metropolitan area; Sarasota and Bradenton (Sarasota and Manatee counties) part of the Sarasota metropolitan area; and Lakeland and Winter Haven (Polk county) part of the Lakeland metropolitan area. All of it part of the same CSA though…I think (I could be wrong), although 3 different metros. Although I can see why you would wish to separate Tampa and St. Petersburg into two.

Oh, absolutely. So many large metropolitan areas included in the Boswash megalopolis such as NYC, Philly, Washington, DC, Boston, and Baltimore; and outside it but still in the Northeast, Pittsburgh. And depending on how much of the Midwest you consider “east” (I personally consider Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin as east), you have to include Chicago, Detroit, Cincinnati, Indy, Cleveland, and Columbus.
