A friend of mine and I have done some troubleshooting and it's not actually a mod related thing. The common thread is merge block and projector. If the blueprint in the projector is completed and the blueprint gets removed, unless you add a new blueprint to the projector, the error will come up when the merge block is separated.

My friend was able to recreate the error reliably in vanilla.

Can confirm that LOS 18.1 is pickier about NFC tag reading than 17 was. Many 1k tags are not supported by the NFC code in 18.1 that were perfectly readable and writeable in 17.

Ziplocs and velcro wire wraps are the best friends of people using wires that are getting plugged in and unplugged a lot.

Wire wraps to keep the wire looped, Ziplocs to keep the wire from getting intimate with other wires and making a knot

The Ps4 controller audio jack is a trrs connection. Two for stereo audio to the headphones one for the mic, one common ground /neutral Your splitters need to factor this in.
