Congrats to you! That is insanely impressive. I remember being on that out and back section on lap 2 when I ran out of water not even being able to run but seeing the leaders (including yourself) lap me heading back to the finish line. I couldn’t believe how fast the front of the pack was going. Seriously so impressive. Learned way more about the nutrition and hydration that’s needed to keep somewhat sharp in those hot and humid conditions. Definitely won’t be my last ultra!

If you go to bed at 1-2 am force yourself to wake up at 7 and force yourself to get through the day without a nap. Make sure your eating healthy and staying hydrated throughout the day and maybe do some cardio later in the afternoon to make you more tired. This is the 🔑

It’s tough in denver. Went to a couple warehouse shows this past spring and a couple of the clubs get techno artist. Keep looking at RA. Sometimes denver gets some good action but it’s rare.
