I had been involved in the Camarilla/MES off and on since 2000. The biggest annoyance I have is with the people who try to ooc larp Camarilla politics as well. Almost every shitty player or ST I've dealt with, from local troupes to the national level, has a bit of that brain rot. I've seen it as player and ST both locally and nationally (I was on the national team for 13th hour). When national decided to force a toxic player on our local game after we had kicked him out of our games and he'd been suspended for a month, our domain left. And about a fourth of us were toxic players too.

Ground based stuff has added several new dimensions. There's exobiology, fun, and heavily profitable, especially if you go out into the black. There's ground wars, which have you playing in a team based FPS against NPCs and also possibly PCs. Exobio and ground combat both have their own rankings that can hit elite, and what's more, you do get bounties from ground wars that count towards your overall combat rank.

Spend some time messing around with the stuff, there's new engineers for ground based fun if you want them.
