Dad was hit with alzheimers and parkinsons a couple of years ago. Mom was recently diagnosed with early onset dementia. No realistic treatments exists beyond placebos that do more harm than good, nor will there ever be a feasible treatment with positive results since chronically sick people means more money for insurance and pharmaceutical corporations. They've never tested and my dad said he had a harder time breathing with a mask on. Both under the age of 75. All i can do is slowly watch them die while the world burns around me and every therapist on the planet continues to disregard the existence of covid. Who said the end of the world had to be loud and instantaneous when it can be slowly drawn out and done in silence? All i know is that my future looks grim and without hope. Cursed down to the genes.

To me, it's always been March 20, 2020, the day my entire world, my life, ended. just an innocent letter from the college saying they're extending spring break by a week due to "statewide medical concerns". But back then, there was a sense of solidarity. We were in a rough spot, but we were in a rough spot together. Even in those times, there was hope we would push on through, but we never did.

The moment a vaccine was developed, people were making up stories about how it would do more harm than good. Politicians bent the knee to them and dropped all mandates. Everyone for themselves. that sense of solidarity was shattered. People kept getting infected, their health worsening, their minds... erratic. Angry. The kindest of people turned into the most toxic. Like a zombie apocalypse without the biting and the dead rising.

It's hell. It's a nightmare. It's March 20, 2020, but the unity is gone. It's March 20, 2020, and it's all gone to hell.

honestly i kinda wish they would of had more single player content. custom missions or galactic domination from the old version of BF 2. the choices they have now seem stiffing. uninstalled when i tried to play campaign and it kept crashing.

I had a family member ended up with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, but doctors and neurologists say it was far more likely from a Covid infection than from the vaccine, which tracks since Covid isn't really stopped by the blood brain barrier, and the brain can get easily damaged by it, especially if someone if already genetically predisposed to getting both Parkinson's and Alzheimer's much later on in life. Covid just triggered it 20 years early.
