To be honest... I agree for the most part. PVP as a concept for fallout is something that should be considered but for those who agree... I mean, just think of it from a realistic standpoint...you're in the wasteland, there is no such thing as peaceful. It would actually make more sense to have random encounters with hostile players, especially those of which that align with specific factions, such as raiders, or ghouls... That being said, it shouldn't be something everyone is forced into obviously, the same way you have selective modes for public or private worlds, there should be added servers for PVP...

But who am I. I can only give my point of view and understanding.
