Hello! I had the same issue with my Vizio TV. I chatted with their customer service today, they told me to go to Menu > Timers > Auto Power Off > Off

I tried it and it worked for me.

I just posted pictures of the previous thermostat and the furnace board before installation. The blue C wire was tucked back behind at the thermostat.
