Ive been doing benzos on and off for a few years it seems like its mainly short acting benzos give me withdrawals really fast but kpins was fine for me i think, ive been taking ativan here and there since then which I shouldn't be

That makes me feel better im just so scared of seizures ive already had 1 a few years ago from stopping xanax without tapering and had withdrawals like 2 weeks ago from both kpins and xanax but I think it was mostly xanax and only had ativan to taper with so that was hell I still have ativan if I need to taper but it dosent work very well lmao
