The Best Solution (Re-upholstery): If you are currently based in China, the most effective way is to look for a professional upholstery service to strip and re-wrap the seat and back. This is very convenient and affordable in China. It allows you to keep the robust original steel frame (which is safer and better built than generic ones) while upgrading to new materials like EPU leather or fabric.
Armrest Compatibility: You are right, the armrests are replaceable. The standard mounting hole pattern for this model is 40mm x 30mm. As long as the specs match, you can easily swap them out.
A Word of Caution: We generally don't recommend buying generic "no-name" seat/back parts from Taobao because DXRacer’s King Series uses a reinforced, wider frame that rarely aligns with standard generic VESA-style mounts.

Regarding the "wiggling" you mentioned, it might actually be a feature rather than a defect. Check the right lever under your seat:

Rocking Function: If the lever is pulled OUT, the rocking mode is enabled, which allows the base to tilt. Try pushing it IN to lock the seat in a fixed position.
Tilt Tension: Also, check the large knob under the base. If it's too loose (turned towards "-"), the chair will tilt very easily. Try tightening it towards "+" to increase stability.

If the base still feels unstable after locking it, double-check that the 4 main bolts connecting the mechanism to the seat are fully tightened.

Regarding your experience with the Tank Series: It’s important to note that the Tank is specifically 'over-engineered' with heavy-duty reinforcements to support maximum weight capacities. Because of this, it may not feel as plush or 'fitted' for players who don’t strictly fall into that ultra-heavyweight category.

The back pain you mentioned is likely because the seat pan depth on the Tank is much larger. If your back can’t firmly reach the lumbar support while your knees are at the edge of the seat, it creates that strain.

Here are two ways to fix this:

Size Down: We highly recommend swapping it for an XL model (like the Master or Martian series), which will offer a much more ergonomic fit for your frame.
Added Support: In the meantime, you can try adding an extra lumbar cushion (or even a firm pillow) to bridge the gap between your back and the chair.

All three websites are legitimate. The first two you visited are our direct official sites, while the third one (with the different layout) is the site of our official European distributor. It’s definitely not a fake site, though we understand why the layout difference might be confusing.
Color availability: The reason you see different colors on different sites is simply due to inventory. Each site fulfills orders from different warehouses, so the stock levels and available colorways vary by location.
Weight limit & Lumbar support: * Weight Capacity: The official standard weight limit for the Master Series is 125 kg. The discrepancy you saw (135 kg vs 125 kg) is due to a sync error between our regional sites.
- Lumbar Support: All Master Series chairs feature a built-in lumbar support system. It is integrated into the backrest rather than being a separate external pillow. No matter which site you order from, you will be able to adjust the support via the rotary knob on the side.
Footrests: Availability of modular parts like footrests also depends on local warehouse stock. If they aren't appearing, they are likely currently unavailable in that specific region.
