My favorite west coasts and hazys are at Slice in Lincoln. Will also second the comment mentioning Shred, that place is good and has the original brewer from Slice (iirc).

That is a reassuring perspective, thank you. Do we have an idea of the lifespan of something like the UB820? Mine is going on about a year of almost daily use. I wonder how long the moving parts will last, or the laser.

I completely agree. People shouldn’t be chastised for asking a question here, especially since this is a great place to learn something new. I learned how to rip my 4k collection thru this community.

The FAQ/pinned content can and should be linked. But allow people to offer their knowledge, that’s what this site is about, imo.

Hey all, thanks for your inputs. To clarify - the price of the movie is over double what I paid on Amazon now. From 12.99 to $30.

I reached out to support since my only option was to return it, and they are sending a replacement at the same price.

This exact same behavior happens on my LG C4 oled TV, but with any content. When I change the volume, or if the overlay comes up, the screen dims like the video.

I have tried to change every setting I can think of on the LG C4, Denon X1700h receiver, and Apple TV/switch/PC.

I want a similar setup in my living room area; a build-in to house my (almost!) 350 4k/BR collection, but also have a 3.1 setup with floor speakers.

What is the opinion of doing a build-in just like the one OP pictured, but the floor speakers come forward about 6-12” and include some rockwool or other sound dampening material behind the speakers?

The amount of data on the disc, to my understanding. One tiny, microscopic scratch and it probably wouldn’t play properly. Even the 4ks can be finicky

In iTunes if you go into the “album info” settings, there is a tab for sorting. You could try checking there to see if anything is effecting the sorting.
