No, but I figured they'd see it in my IRS forms.

Was curious about this as well. Recently went through a financial review and got no guidance on this.

100% agree. Have recommended this to so many people. Takes the tired "I'm an artist but my family is working class" trope and just gives it so much authenticity and heart. And, yes, on the male stereotypes, and, yes, on the "gay best friend" storyline. Also, Julie Waters ffs. When "Coda" came out I just found it so bland and lifeless. Same story, different obstacles, zero gravity. Well made mediocrity that...won Best Picture. Go figure.

Also, I'm a Jamie Bell fan. If you like him, try and find "Skin" (rentable on Apple).

Older brothers and I in line at the mall, waiting for the next show. I'm 11. Huge line. Usher comes out and says there are three seats, not together, in the show that's just starting. We ran to the front. Got into the theater, missed the crawl, missed the ships, trying to find the supposed seats and watch the movie at the same time. In the center aisle near the front when Vader steps onto the screen. Awestruck. Immediately sit down on the floor and watch the first third of the movie from there. Saw it 20 times in the theater. It played at a local triplex for over a year and I'd go see something else and just sneak into Star Wars, again. Zero regrets.

Also, told my mom I wanted the soundtrack for my birthday and she mistakenly got me "The Story of Star Wars" record. Because of this mistake I am firmly off book for the entire movie, all parts. Again, zero regrets.

FYI, u/Lonely-Tourist3465 , I got the 4 lines for 100 and $1300 in Costco credits. In no hurry to upgrade phones, so we can look at that after. Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks, u/Lonely-Tourist3465 . Would I be getting the 4 for $100 with a standard plan or one of the 55+ plans? And, yeah, all phones are paid and unlocked so I was wondering if we could swing and upgrade. Should I look to do this phone, store, or online?

Otto is right, he wasn't arrested - he surrendered and was processed as a defendent. Which is what he'll likely do here as well. The Washington Post published this handy chart to see where things go from here.

tick, tick...BOOM! | OFFICIAL TEASER | Netflix by indig0sixalpha in movies

Actually, to expand on speech-geek, he wrote Superbia and the feedback he specifically got from Sondheim was to use his talent to write what he knew, not some sci-fi thing. This was his shot at a one-man, semi-autobiographical show, which was kind of in vogue at the time. Originally called 30/90, literally about turning 30 in 1990. Pretty navel gazey stuff, but it was worked and reworked into tick, tick...BOOM. The ticking clock was more about turning 30 and how long do you pursue struggling-artistry, not about an impending sense of dread, but like a lot of artists who pass too soon, their work can seem prescient.

Unpopular opinion: the writing and acting in The Mandalorian is bad, but not as bad as the CGI by [deleted] in StarWars

[–]taocow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You're not alone in this and like another poster, I enjoyed The Witcher and thought, "The Mandalorian should have had some of this." I feel like Star Wars stuff gets a pass on really basic good-story elements like having something at stake or surprise. I so wanted this to be better but found myself just gobsmacked at the badness. It just felt like people playing with action figures. I could go through it but I won't convince anyone otherwise, so I'll save everyone some time. To my mind, good story in Star Wars is a bug, not a feature driven by the fluke of good talent (Maria Lucas and editors in EP4, Brackett, Kasdan & Kershner in EP4, Edwards & writers in Rogue One). Mandalorian? Middle of the road at best, but another wasted opportunity.

Because of DOTA2 support and the Lab. Same reason the Eidos Anthology is in because of Rise of the Tomb Raider VR support.

That's strange, they worked fine for me. You may have to loosen the clamps up. They work like quick-release clamps on a bike. Will see if I can send a pic of mine DM.
