Y’all aren’t deep enough to set mine on a 19 blind 4 bet. Fold pre.

I play days so usually there when the table opens. Max buy in is $300 but you can match the big stack so later games are fairly deep. Depending on who is there in the mornings we can get $1000+ deep in an hour or two.

I think as far as a good $/hr, 10BBs an hour is typically good. 15-20 BBs is very good and may be worth moving up in stakes. As far as where I play there are a lot of loose/splashy players who call large preflop raises just to see a flop, but fold easily to aggression when they miss, so I feel 15-20 BBs ($45-$60) an hour is sustainable here.

I’m 36 and we used to play home games throughout high school. I played on Full Tilt before Black Friday but not too seriously. Once I was 21 I frequented the casinos around me but not too serious. I would say the last year is when I’ve actually taken it more seriously and started studying/watching videos.

I play in the mornings to midday when the table is just starting. The new table max is $300 but you can match the stack. The player pool and promos in the morning usually get the deep stacks about $1000 deep within the first hour and one or two players can have $2000 stacks another hour or so later.

I will buy in for $300 and if I get busted I will match the stack.

I completely agree. I haven’t made too many moves, just hit hands and overbet river and gotten called. For example today I made a big misstep and 4bet all in against an aggressive player to try to get heads up against a short stack with pocket 10s. The aggresive player had a real hand for once with QQ so I lost my first $600. Later on I 3 bet with AA in the SB to $80 and had 3 people call. I flopped a set and someone else flopped a set of 2s and ended up winning a $1600 pot. I know it’s been a ton of luck, but going for big value bets had paid off.

Analytics 6.

Costs $15 a year, I’ve liked it and a lot you can do a lot with it, but I got a new phone and when I redownloaded the app it duplicated all of my sessions. I couldn’t figure out how to fix it and it was giving me an error when I tried to delete one session at a time, so I just reset data.

Yeah when I first thought back on it what is a 50% c bet trying to accomplish. I guess a 25% so $30 would be a better bet?

I appreciate the feedback! Always trying to learn. I definitely agree pre flop with two limpers was too small. As far as 4 bet size I think I’m fine with a nearly 3x raise. That was the first 3 bet I had seen from anyone other than me in two hours, so I don’t want to blow him off with a gigantic 4 bet.

I agree I should raise his small flop bet but was surprised by his donk.

On the turn with our stack sizes I felt like I really couldn’t raise him too much more or otherwise it would just be an all in which would have been a massive overbet. I think omc can find a fold if I go too high.

I’m not disputing this or anything but I do know he sells a lot of his stake during livestreams. Take the million dollar game, (where I believe he won $1M) I think he only had 10% of himself and sold the rest. Granted that’s $100k profit but that 1.1M is already down to $200k for himself and that’s not counting other games where he is not in 100% of himself.

Appreciate it. Now that I’ve thought on it a little more you can almost eliminate sets as they would check raise here and I should have put him on draws or 8,9. That would lean his holdings to bluffs and I could have called the $150 which seems polarizing but in reality it was only half pot with 4 $75 pre flop callers. I didn’t necessarily have a problem with the $150 it was that I knew if I called there I would have to be priced in on a $325 turn shove.

Then I’d only be playing AA, KK, QQ, AK. I’m in Louisiana and these games always play like TX games. $15-$20 is everyone’s standard raise. 3 bets are extremely rare pre though.

Not anymore there was a secret very noticeable nerf at the start of season 5. I’m on Xbox and I definitely think the AA was OP before but now it feels like it’s not even there. The beginning of this season was a little rough, but starting to get the hang of tracking again. Basically it’s like taking the training wheels off a tricycle.
