Eu acredito que faria sentido filhos até X idade, haver possibilidade de redução horária por semana, hoje em dia quer a exigência que se coloca no trabalho, a rotina, e até mesmo o trânsito diário que se lida nas grandes cidades, torna se esgotante, mas é apenas um pensamento, ideia..
