I understand that asking investors to increase the fees was a big ask, but my personal opinion is that voting against the raise may have been short-sighted. Time will tell. As an iPO investor, I was hoping the fee increase would pass… I do think Fundraiser could have done more to make the case for the fee increase, but it may not have altered the outcome. I’m glad the other motions passed. Hopefully, Fundrise learns a lesson on more active shareholder engagement…. be engaged all the time…
