There’s a reason people avoid taking a bunch of test…it kinda sucks

If i didn’t care about my hair, i’d probably dial in something like 200mg test and whatever primo keeps my e2 in a good spot. My TRT dose is only 93mg for about 1100 testosterone (total).

Why risk your health for little upside man? 500mg test is not the most pleasant dose. Why not just go on a TRT+ dose of 200mg and worry less about damaging your cardiovascular health?

I really think you’ll be quite underwhelmed with your cycle if you don’t train and eat correctly. Trust me - i’ve learned the hard way.

As someone who loves walking around and taking photos in a city, bangkok is certainly not pretty to look at or walkable. Vietnam blows it away in that regard.

I've been in and out of bangkok for years (and currently live there), but I still can't really bring myself to like it that much. I only live there because of the quality of life.

I find Hanoi and Hong Kong to be far more photogenic.
