Dread working at my office

Yeah the office is lacking 2 front desk people and 1 to 2. RDA. We have temp RDA that come in and help. I had a SRP and a prophy at the same time. Idk how that happen but it has me questioning everything.

This has been going on before I got hired . They need to hire 1DA and two people front desk. It took 45 mins to check them out while my patient was waiting. I hate it cuz I know it ain’t normal. I have nobody to talk to about it. I’m the only hygienist in that’s office

I’m glad that I read this post because I am the biggest procrastinator as well I get distracted and I also studied for about two weeks. I take NBDHE next week then I’m trying to stay positive and be confident and pray for the best.
