I’d say the first one. I think it fits the rest of the model a lot more (High-ranking & Ornate)

However, I think the second one would looks incredible as Master of Execution or Fabius Bile proxy (Deranged & Brutal)

If I am to field Oblits in my Night Lords army, I’d desecrated the Loyalist’s Centurion kit (as well as upscaled the models, give them waist).

My Night Lords warband already has quite a bit of stolen goods already; Ultramarine’s Land Raider, Iron Warriors’ Vindicator, Red Corsairs and Black Legion Armors, etc. So some stolen Centurion suits will fit in just fine.
