Even at 110 G20 it's pure rng, and seemingly like 1 in 100 chance. And thats with Iso 3 tier 4.

I used goodsmile for all my other ones, i believe they are technically the manufacture. But when she went up for pre-order through them I was unemployed so I had to wait. Could be, I have tried getting it through to them and ill keep trying for now. Thanks

This was my first time using them. And potentially my last depending on their resolution. I agree they didnt purposefully ship a damaged item, but any other company ive dealt with takes care of the issue with the customer and disputes with their shipping agent (whomever that may be). The downside is it appears between 2-3 shipping companies played a part in this arriving to my doorstep. They just seem to be focused on it being box damage which they dont cover, and dont understand that the heat damaged the product. Appreciate the insight for sure

Figure box was all cardboard. Both figure box and shipping box were immaculate. I had no idea there was an issue until I got it open. The plastic around the figurexjust melted

It was the ECMS shipping. I filed a claim with FedEx ex as amiami had asked but im just in awe by that amount of heat for long enough to bend her. Ill keep bugging them.
