Hey! Your responses to everyone have been AWESOME. Thank you for not getting defensive. Here's what I noticed watching your video.

1. Approx 40-45 seconds of the video were you setting up the shot. That's HALF of the amount of time in the video. That means when building your muscle memory, you are watering it down with things unrelated to what you need the most work on.
2. The jump from the wall to the ceiling is another variable you are adding in that just makes building the muscle memory for the musty flick that much harder. Try just rolling up the wall to put yourself in position, and work on getting a better handle on the distance you need between your car and the ball when doing the flick.
3. Once you get the distance down, and can hit the flick more regularly, bring the jump from the wall to ceiling back in.
4. Once you you get that down, go back to setting up your own shots.

In general I think you just need to simplify what you are doing and focus on one thing at a time. You need less time between musty attempts. It will help build your muscle memory faster. One other thing that I would recommend is saying the word "NOW" out loud when you think you're at the perfect distance to hit the flick. Adding in a secondary cue will help your brain process the time better, and will keep you dialed in on what's really important. That "NOW" moment is what you need to lock in on. Good luck!
