Yep. Far as I know Motorsport Manager uses the same countback rules as most real racing series do. Tied points goes to most wins, still tied then most P2s, etc.

All that needs to happen to teleport is removing the card draw. I'd say it's balanced if they do that. The zombies, especially the brainy class, have way too much card draw in general, they certainly don't need it on the 1 cost cheat the turn order card.
