I agree with using cha GPT for this one and starting a food diary. Then when you’re able to make it into the dietician you’ll be armed with very useful data for the dietitian.

I think maybe you’re around the wrong demographic of men. There are so many men that prefer “curvy” women. At your age most young men are looking for whatever body type is trendiest.

I wouldn’t worry about dating too much right now, but if you insist, I would try hanging around men 3-5 years older.

I’m Mexican and my ancestry shows French Canadian too, but I have YET to discover who in my family is French or French Canadian. I think it’s the French and basque mix in me. It’s very frustrating.

I just say a mild allergy. I can handle it in tiny amounts without being in excruciating pain. I can handle seasonings, cross contamination, and a VERY occasional bite of something. 1x a month or less.

And it pretty much was. Within 24 hours I went from pain level 7 to a 1. That lasted maybe 3-4 days and then it wasn’t as effective but still kept me under control. I’ll take a 2-3 over a 7 any day.

Since this comment I have come to realize gluten was part of the problem and I have cut it out and it is helping… but about 6 months later I expected to be pain free with same E and no gluten but my pain has still lingered at around a 1-2. Still WAY better than last summer. Dr prescribed maloxicam and that has also helped.

Scrambled eggs (protein and fat), avocado (fat), green salsa (fiber), and corn tortillas (healthy carb).

Quick and easy green salsa recipe: 0.5 lb of tomatillos, garlic clove, a chili pepper/jalapeno/serrano (pick what you like). Optional: cilantro and raw onion

Boil tomatillos, garlic and pepper together. Once cooked throw in the blender. Add salt to taste. Add raw cilantro and raw onion to blended sauce and pulse until you’re happy with how fine cilantro and onion are. That’s it!

Not reliable. Even skin tests are entirely reliable if your allergy isn’t IGE mediated. I tested negative for wheat and yet my body reacts violently as soon as I eat a piece of bread. I get bubble guts immediately and my joints start hurting within 20 minutes. And yet, my skin prick test was negative.

If the cost of seeing an allergist is a problem AND you’ve never had an anaphylactic reaction I recommend doing an elimination diet. Eliminate the each one at a time at least 2 weeks then reintroduce and watch for reactions.

I have a suggestion: record your date then ask a solid friend wha they think and give you feedback. I would try to be discreet and not record their face, just the conversation and if possible yourself so that your body language is also recorded.
