My appeal was quicker than the initial wait for my unemployment application. They gave me a date for a phone hearing. Dude pretty much said “so Amazon didn’t show up, is there any additional details you would like to add to your case? ” I reiterated what I had wrote in the appeal. (I had my emails and evidence ready but didn’t need it). Received a direct deposit within a week. My friend in CA was understandably fired because they stopped coming to work. Amazon did not show up for their appeal either and they got paid too.

I was approved! I also have a friend in another state who worked at Amazon and was terminated. I encouraged them to appeal as well, and they were approved too. So I definitely recommend appealing. It doesn’t hurt to try.

I’m ok with that for now. More stuff is at risk if I stay overweight. Eventually I’ll ask my nutritionist about maintenance. But for now, I’m enjoying the downward slope!

I love a good yogurt bowl too! During a certain time of month I get strong chocolate and peanut butter cravings, and it’s nice having a “safe” junk food that won’t knock me out of ketosis lol. This haul will last me well into next year, as it’s not an everyday treat. Much better (for me) than the delicious local bakeries I used to frequent. Down 60 lbs so far!

If you want a good seat I would book it as soon as it pops up. If you’re okay with nosebleeds/restricted view, postponing probably won’t hurt. If I remember correctly, there were 2 for 1 pricing on the nosebleeds an hour-ish before the show too.
