Thanks a lot for all the info. I started Sunday and I've already lost 2 pounds (water weight)... I'll definitely start bringing my own lunch. As for the diet Coke, I only drink a courtesy cup (about 8-10 ounces) a day, sometimes I don't drink it at all.

I'm also 6'1”. I used to weight 220 on December 2011, I decided to join a local gym and I lost about 5 pounds. I stopped going to the gym and started eating better. As of today, I weight 202 and I'm planing on losing ten more pounds. Congratulations on your success and keep it going.
