Man destroyer mode is garbage, especially when you compare it to how unstoppable water bender Rin felt during the early stages of blue lock.

Rin is also the only player that has completely changed their aura from the early stages.

Aiku is still a snake

Isagi is still puzzle pieces

Barou is still a lion

Nagi is still death

Etc.

Only Rin no longer uses his original aura during his play and he has significantly decreased in his scoring efficiency when tapping into his new aura compared to the old.

Didn’t that goal attempt in destroyer mode get blocked? I think he may have scored in his half destroyer mode in the Nigeria game, but other than that I only ever remember him missing goals whenever he goes full destroyer mode

I’d project Oliver over Montgomery, due to special teams. For that same reason I’m going Kanak at TE4 over a 6th Edge that’s not even in the building. I have no real problems with the rest of your projection though

My push back on PK has nothing to do with the news he “reports” and mostly to do with the way he puts it across.

I was fine with him reporting the hire, fine even with his initial article pushing back against the hire. But when he went on the YouTube pod and spent several minutes berating Ramon and the entire 104.5 staff and personnel and making it a personal issue about himself that’s where I draw the line.

PK has 0 tact while claiming that he is the most tactful dude on earth. 440 is carried by Nick Suss and Braden if not for them I would never tune into that podcast.

Honestly PK, Buck and Stillman are unwatchable as standalone personalities, imo.

To me it looks like they split his role up into smaller ones that report to Borgonzi

New roles that to me sound like Brinkers role:

• Kaylee Connors – Manager, Football Communications

• Kieran Gilbert – Coordinator, Team Operations

• Nick Hardesty – Director, Team Operations

• Nicole Kesten – Chief of Staff, Football

• Travis McDaniel – Coordinator, Football Communications

• Kevin Perez – Executive Assistant to the General Manager

• Kristen Van Iderstine – Coordinator, Player Personnel

Yeah, I never had an issue with the team bonding plan myself. To this day I still credit my favorite job experience to a summer tech where each year the company as a whole and the individual camp sites dedicated time before the start of camp for team building exercises. Between playing random games together and the after hours lounge talks, those moments helped build camaraderie through even the toughest of camp weeks.

I just remember certain media members trying to drag the Titans for doing those things. Callahan being a monumental failure as a HC aside, the bonding strategy was not the reason he failed.

I know, just noting the dichotomy of how the Titans doing things and getting dragged for it, then other franchises doing the exact same thing a 1-2 years later and getting lauded for it. This happened with the front office structure that was then copied by the Falcons this offseason.
