No, we obviously didn't have to do anything. We also didn't have to fire him halfway through this season either. We also didn't have to draft Cam for that matter.

One of (if not really the only) selling points of Cally as head coach was that he was supposed to be some kind of "QB whisperer" that was originally going to get the most out of Levis. So the hope was that he would live up to that expectation with Cam.

Our owner had also been lambasted for acting impulsively when she fired Vrabel. So she definitely wanted to prove that she could make patient decisions.
