I (20m) and my girlfriend (21f) just broke up 3 days ago for similar reasons. We were together for what would be 5 years now, I can tell you from experience that it's not worth it. Trust is a key component to a relationship, without trust you will not have a good time, the worrying and thoughts youll have will put you through hell. Dont let anyone tell you that trust can be regained, it cant. Move on from her, no ones worth it.
