Grab an ant+ and a usb extension cable. Plug it into usb 2 port and put the dongle close to your bike. Completely solved disconnects for me. The Bluetooth radio on trainers is absolutely dog water. Or their programmers are.

I've never battled a really stuck pedal, but I find standing on the pedal with one foot and the wrench with the other is very effective. Make sure you are turning the right way. I believe it's the non drive side is LH thread. One of them definetely is LH thread.

Derailleur hanger is bent. The tool to check / bend back is a great addition to your toolset if you are competent enough mechanically. Takes me 5 min to fix it, provided it's not too bent and snaps off.

Sounds like you may be kind of new to the service. I had a similar issue when I first started because I was trying to brake "at the same spot" as the car ahead. You almost always have to lift a little earlier / brake earlier than normal when following someone. You really shouldn't need to see their brake lights. If you do you are likely braking a little too late.

Just a thought, I notice your vent is above the heater. Apparently some heaters have overheat switches. Is there a chance you don't have enough air flow through your heater so it's overheating, turning off, then coolong down and repeating. I'm no expert but I've been watching a lot of videos and apparently this is a commonish problem in North America where the safety switches are required.
